yes, all those things came from your mind
those things of pride you made from deeds
but is it you who made your brain?
its roots, its branches, and its seeds?
yes, you craft things using your hands,
and even sell it for your own.
but is it you who made those hands,
those wood, those metals, and those stones?
yes, you make your little journeys,
in which you travel with your feet.
but can you make a single toenail
or all the landforms, how they meet
so what to boast, and what to show,
even further away from birth
this is (as far as all i know)
about the things we get from earth.
