My heart

You came into my life so unexpectedly,

 You filled a hole in my heart which meant the world to me. 

You showed me things through your words that I have never known, 

each day my feelings for you have grown. 

You told me want you wanted and I believed it true, 

you are like a rainbow so colorful and yet so mysterious.

 Slowly you took me inward like a moth to a flame,

 by chance was our meeting 

My life had change right in your very eyes.

 I swore I would not trust any man 

I would not let anyone in ,

 but with your words, touch and charm my life’s journey had begun. 

The first time that you "touched" me a tear fell from my eye,

 for it was deeper than my skin 

your touch like a magic wand transformed my soul. 

You touched my heart, 

my mind, 

my soul a window to my world, 

all of my emotions started to unfurl. 

Deep in your eyes

 I would stare every time you speak, 

the feelings that you gave to me always made me weak. 

Sometimes your voice was not the same,

 in your eyes where passion played I can see pain.

 Your heartbeat I listened in silence

 Every time you cry my heart bled 

What else could I do. 

I have no chains that bind you

 But our souls are intertwined 

Just know forever that My heart is your home...
